D03: Visit the Tian Anmen Square and the Forbidden City in the morning and after lunch,go to the Summer Palace

D04: Flight from Beijing to Lhasa in the early morning.Arrival to Tibet and transfer to the hotel.Relax afternoon.

D05: After breakfast visit the Potala Palace,Jokhang Temple and Barkon Market.Enjoy the Tibetan singing and dancing while having the dinner

D06: After breakfast visit the Drepung Monastry,Norpulingka and local family

D07:Lhasa drive to Gyangtse(visit Pelkor Monastery)

D08: Gyangtse to Sikatse(visit Tashilunpu Monastary)
