D3.Chengdu—Lhasa

The first flight from Chengdu to Lhasa, check in the hotel ,adaptability rest, leeway time.

D4.The Potala Palace—The Jokhang Monastery

In the morning we’ll visit the emblem building of Lhasa—The Potala Palace.(it was set up in the 7th century during the reign of king of Songsten Gampo, it is majestic tall and magnificent,it is the world famous heritage ,it was the station of Lama and the policy station of religion know as the winter place.). After lunch we’ll sightsee the center of the Tibetan and Buddhism---the JOkhang monastery.(it was set up in the 7th century , it enshrines the statue of Sakyamuni which is his 12 age’s golden statue etc. this statue was opened by the Buddha himself worshiped most sacred by the Buddhist followers, called as “the sleeping Buddha”---relief at one watching). Outside the Jokhang Monastery is the famous telling Buddhist stories in the corridors and the halls---Bharkor Street. Here attracts the Pilgrims all over the world, many shops and stalls besides the street. You have enough leeway time under the arrangement of the guide. After the visit go back to the hotel and have a good rest.

D5.Lhasa-Lake Namtso--Yangpachen—Lhasa

After breakfast ,transfer to Lake Namtso which is in the north of Tibet, passing by the Qinghai—Tibet highway (self pay) (Lake Namtso means “paradise lake”, and it’s the head of the “three holy lakes”, 4718m. passing by the Lagebla Pass(5190m), you can see the perfect view of the “Bi hai lan tian” (the clear blue sky ). Transfer to the center of Lake Namtso—Tashi Peninsula Jixiaodao, get in touch with the holy lake. Then back to the Yangpachen Hot spring(4320). Look up into the distance Nyenchen Tonglha Mountain and sightsee the spectacular plateau view, enjoy the Yangpachen Hot spring,and the Yangpachen Geothermal Power Plant, and anymore ,you can enjoy the Yangpachen Hot spring(self pay: the outside big pool 40 RMB\p.p. the small pool inside 60RMB\p.p. and the luxury passenger compartment you can choose)

D6. Tibet—Mt.Tonglha.

Take the T24 train at 9:05 ,begin the magical travel of the Qinghai—Tibet plateau by railway, the train transfer into the Qinghai—Tibet plateau, passing the beautiful plateau sight and you can enjoy it and be shocked by the wonderful scenery. The  Motoc lake between the Amdo and Nakqu looks like a beautiful jasper , the azure water in the lake , with beautiful wild flowers surrounding ,the sightseeing train station set here is a right place to let your heart purify. The train will pass on the  Sangdankangsang Snow Mountain and the  Nyenchen Tonglha Mountain, you will be shocked and deeply lost in the changing fairy land. The train through across the Kekexili , the tourists can enjoy the special wild life resources in Kekexili ,in order to protect the precious Tibetan antelope in the wide plain, the Qinghai—Tibet railway station designed the aisle for the wild life resources , if you are lucky enough ,you can see the Tibetan antelope running through the aisle throughout the window. You can pass across the Origin of the Yangtze River—Tuotuo river and the roof of the world ---  Prairie Glacier Tanglha Mountain, the Tanglha river,this is the highest place in Tibet(5072m.), the train pass across the Tanglha very fast, then it become very smooth, and the beautiful plateau scenery comes into your view gradually.

D7. Gelmud—Kunlun pass-- Loess Plateau—Qinling—Sichuan

The train transfers into the Gelmud , then get to the Mt.Kunlun pass, the tourists can sightsee the grand , extensive Mt.Kunlun and Glacier mannose Kunlun Shenquan(fountain), passing and enjoy the scenery in the Loess Plateau, cross the 800 miles Qinling,enter into Sichuan Basin.

D8. Chengdu

After 48 hours’ travel, the train get to the final place---Chengdu at 9:55am, the unforgettable journey only left memory, end the tour.
